How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Log into your account and view your order history
  • Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number
  • Download the Shop app for real-time tracking notifications

When will I receive my tracking number?

You'll receive your tracking number via email within 24-48 hours after your order is processed and shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

What information can I see with my tracking number?

Your tracking number allows you to view:

  • Current location of your package
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Shipping carrier information
  • Delivery status updates
  • Any delivery exceptions or delays

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

If your tracking number isn't showing any information, please wait 24 hours as it can take time for carriers to update their systems. If the issue persists after 24 hours, please contact our support team with your order number.

Can I track multiple items from one order?

Yes! If your order contains multiple items that ship separately, you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment. All tracking numbers will be visible on your order status page.

How do I track my order if I checked out as a guest?

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address

What does each shipping status mean?

Order Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
In Transit: Your package is on its way to you.
Out for Delivery: Your package is with the delivery driver and will arrive today.
Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.

What if my tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package?

Please check:

  • Around your delivery address (porch, mailbox, with neighbors)
  • If someone else at your address accepted the delivery
  • Your building's reception or mail room

If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to see if they can redirect your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International orders may require additional time for customs clearance, which will be reflected in your tracking updates.
